User:Joel Hedlund/Stakeholder engagement monitoring - example board report 2018
THIS IS A DRAFT, COMMENTS APPRECIATED.
This is an example board report on stakeholder engagements, following the process for Stakeholder engagement monitoring proposed for Board approval in March 2017. The NeIC stakeholder engagement monitoring process has been put in place in response to Strategic action FA-4c Implement stakeholder and partnership monitoring milestone 1 Routines for stakeholder and partnership monitoring in 2017, including routine for revising the engagement plan.
The NeIC Stakeholder engagement manifesto is a 1-pager background document that explains the philosophy behind NeIC stakeholder engagement, and puts this document in context.
This (example) report provides a (completely fabricated) overview of NeIC's stakeholder engagements during the past year, organized according to the NeIC Stakeholder engagement monitoring mechanism, and supplemented with a traffic light style status assessment and free text comment per engagement category.
Please see the Stakeholder engagement monitoring page for more information on the engagements.
Highlights
- One publication in Nature.
- Sweden no longer has any political situations of any kind after presentation of NeIC stakeholder engagement manifesto to Swedish parliament.
- Processes for everything now clear after presentation and immediate adoption of NeIC policies in United Nations Security Council.
