1. Presence and approval of agenda

• ( Present: Mattias Wadenstein, Oxana Smirnova, Tomasz Malkiewicz, Abdulrahman Azab )
• ( Decision: The agenda is approved. )

2. Personnel changes

• Mattias Wadenstein appointed as the NT1 Activity Manager
  • Mattias started 2021-12-01
• Abdulrahman to take over from Tomasz as the Activity Owner 2022-01-01

3. NT1 evaluation - for discussion

• Discussion on the Board level regarding the future NT1 evaluation likely postponed until the Dec 2022 NeIC Board meeting
• Previous evaluation by Flix
  • 20% over 3 months, answering the questions

4. Short term and long term vision for NT1

• Make/continue NT1 to be a successful and awesome activity
• Needs increasing, data-wise and storage-wise
• AP Abdulrahman and Oxana: Arrange a meeting with the new Board member from SE, to introduce him to the activity and SE role in it

5. Open Action Points

• AP TL: keep following-up with EISCAT-3D.
  • NeIC Director to be involved, primarily through NT1 Activity Owner
  • Seek for new opportunities for future areas of collaboration between NeIC and NT1
    • EISCAT_3D director is changing on 2023-01-01

• AP TL: Make operational procedures again public and up to date so it can be referred to (transferred to PM)
  • Deadline: 2022-01-24
