Goals of the meeting
- Plan who is doing/delivers what and when during the first project year (or until the next project's annual meeting).
- Ensure everyone can start working right away after the meeting (has accounts, knows how to get one, knows peers, has collaboration tools in place, ...).
- Socializing with your colleagues.

Once in the building, go to the reception and ask for Martin Matthiesen (+358 9 457 2376). He will pick you up and bring you to the cafeteria (lunch) or to the meeting room.
