Investigating options for future NT1 operations SG 16-1. Progress update report
The project manager reports on the progress so far:
Only 3 surveys were submitted in time, 6 in around December, and 2 at the end of January. There are 2 surveys missing atm, and we did some pressure to get the first version of the surveys. Then, the follow-up is ongoing, and in particular this is important for the PIs, as the information provided in the surveys is (was) not yet comprehensive enough. However, there is a positive attitude and things will get better in the next weeks.
Investigating options for future NT1 operations SG 16-2. Timetable update
Project manager informs that it is not realistic to have conclusions by the March board meeting, but a finished report should be ready by the June board meeting.
Decision:
The SG decides to adjust the timetable to expect the project manager to deliver the report in time for the June board meeting.
Investigating options for future NT1 operations SG 16-3. Board reporting
The NeIC board would like a concise reporting per project, with green/yellow/red for each of the goals (result, time, money).
Discussion:
Time goal as set out by the project directive is already past, but we are still on track to deliver a good quality report within budget.
Decision:
The steering group decides to report green for result and money, and red for time.
Investigating options for future NT1 operations SG 15-4. DP5
Decision:
The steering group decides to continue the project.
Investigating options for future NT1 operations SG 15-6. Next meeting
Next meeting time
Discussion:
Project manager informs that the next couple of weeks will be very active with big progress, so it might be good to have another meeting shortly.
Decision:
Reserved a time slot on friday 2016-02-19 13:30-14:30 for an optional steering group meeting. If not then, then a couple of weeks later.
