1. Review of last meeting and News

Oliver Stein has started working for Glenna2. Matteo will leave Olas lab end of February, but will stay in Sweden until end of March. Anders larsson will replace Matteo for the use case work.

2. Aims for Machine Learning 1H 2019

1st aim is to get kubeflow installed and up and running in Uppsala lab. Support for GPU:s still needed for Rahti environemnet

Ola unsure of Packiderm Nextflow is the other alternative

Packiderm more hard core system level approach Nextflow can be more agile

Oliver thinks he can start with Kubeflow in March

Before summer have a use case up and running in Uppsala.

Next step is to arrange meeting with Apurva, Oliver, Anders and optionally Gurvinder.

Spjuth lab will take the lead on the Glenna2 ML work
