  AP Dan: produce documentation structure (TOC)-> Uwe has made a first attempt
  AP CSC will move own internal configuration repos to Github
  AP Dan: investigates procedure for getting Pouta access to Glenna team - send out forms to be signed
  AP Dan: talk to Jan Ivar, start planning dates for UH-Sky SNICcloud and Pouta meet at CSC -> no meet before 30th of April 
  

3. Todays topics - issues to discuss:

* NeIC Conference 2015, thoughts, SG meeting 
   Daniel: security WS particularily good 

* info on Glenna use cases 
    - the Hellander case 
    - SMHI, Met.No and FMI 
   Dan: SG to give/not give go ahead on Thursday

* disucss potential cloud storage WP or subtask 

* continue discussion on discussion on first subtask
    T3.1  Create customized image banks or “image stores”  which can be dynamically provisioned.
    Design & implement tools for configuration management and automated building.
    - identify what kind of images we think will be useful both for IaaS, and as good base images for further PaaS 
      and SaaS solutions. 
    - potential tools to aid image creation ??
    - images for coursework 
      Åke recently gave a Spark course at Uppsala

* Discussion
     Daniel H has received Pouta username. 
     Uwe: UH Sky has very good documentation, CSC will use the same format and can be highly recommended to others.
     Daniel H UH Sky is officially in production but not open to the public. The project deadline is in June.
