3. Todays topics - issues to discuss:

  • recap of DeIC status
  -task: how do we contractually enable users in the Nordics to access storage resources (e.g. data.deic.dk)
  -pricing, funding, contracts
  -access through Kalmar2


  • WP5 in Glenna GANTT chart
Ole: data.deic.dk is attached to Kalmar2 
Ole will bring up discussion about data.deic.dk for us to get some test accounts and what the status the service is
DS: we should have funding for 
MG: Iceland part of WAYF the data service works for Magnus 
Ole: no billing is in place yet for data.deic.dk. for computing time etc 
Ole: sure we can offer test accounts. Internal user database is synchronized to the WAYF identity. 
The internal id is the email address obtained from WAYF

The WP subtasks need to be divided 
MG: UIS are billing the faculties for users. 
AP: Iceland to give pricelist for services
