WP5 Meeting 27th of March at 11:00-12:00CET

Present Roy Dragset, Hjörleifur Sveinbjörnsson, Magnús Gíslason, Dan Still

1. Introduction

Roys team at UiT in Tromsø are running OpenStack with Feide authentication. Would be interested in also providing Windows.

2. Discussion about relevant cases, previously deployed in the Nordics

The NHPC case in Iceland could serve as a template. Roy has actively participated in the project. Side note: The NHPC system will likely be decommissioned in 2016 and scrapped.

  • AP on HS, MG and RD: dig up contracts for the NHPC system. To be discussed in next meeting
  • AP on DS: Dig up old contract template for resource sharing

3. How to organize WP5 future work

Iceland will lead the WP with active participation from CSC and UiT. Ole Frendved Hansen from DeIC is expected to join the group. Bi weekly meetings

  • AP: DS will set up NeIC wiki area for WP5 that can hold the future contract templates.

4. Next meeting

Bi weekly meetings. The next meeting will be on the 10th of April 11:00CET
