• Making stuff better, from ideas to production, what are the biggest hurdles?
• Monitoring, IPv6 and escalation instead of immediate notification?

• Configuration file management - Homework to at least all ops staff to look at potential solutions.
• Migration of all remaining services to the new hosts - make a plan that we can follow

Internal documentation workshop:

1. Pair up with someone who's an expert on a task you're not so familiar with, and vice versa
2. Do the unfamiliar task, using our internal documentation as reference
3. Give feedback to the expert on that task for anything that is broken with the documentation
4. Repeat from step 2 until documentation works
